- Each parcel is to be opened carefully without any tears or scuffs to the box.
- If you are not satisfied with the contents of the parcel, then it is important that you report the issue immediately.
- ToysNCo will not be accepting refunds 24 hours after the order is delivered.
- If your refund is processed, we will personally make sure that you get your amount right back without any issue.
